What an idiot. I hope they throw the book at him. Although it's not much worse than another favored WY hunting tactic. Chase a herd up into a barbed wire fence corner with a 4 wheeler while your buddied wait at the fence to bang away. Very sad.

Ihave seen them jump a fence many times.They will go under over or through,not many will corner like cattle.SD what do you think of Wyo. goat hunters? Upper
