What a MESS ! My personal take on this is that it does not matter what your personal opinions are , laws are made and meant to be followed - weather you agree or not .
There are lots of rules / regulations that I don't care for or agree with , but I have to follow the law or pay the price . Those of you who do as you please reguardless of the law will eventually get caught and pay the price ![/b]
A tool that complies with section 353 of the CA DFG 2007-2008 hunting regulations (page 16). Take a look at it, you will find all answers to your questions.[/b]![]()

I never got upset. I only stated I didn't see where anybody said they were breaking any laws.Bayedsolid , not quite sure why you are getting upset over my opinion as I only stated that a hunter should just go by the regulations ?[/b]
Dan,thank you for your answer.A lot of red rider BB guns put an eye out,The point here is not if it is the best idea to cut or bleed an animal,or how safe it is to slide in and put the 110 at an angle just behind the shoulder of a hog.The point is at what time the animal is taken and or in possession....Upper Oh Tusker you never heard that toung twister? Some areas call the Marmot a rock chuck or woodchuck.I did not know this till I asked Sally,She sells sea shels down by the sea shore.........................Got to keep that perfect rythnm.[/b]
I'LL TURN IT UP SOME MORE,You cannot posess it untill you take it.But when is it took? Also, how much wood could a woochuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? Upper[/b]
