Thanks guys.

Arise. It was 120 grain nosler tip. It was only a 150 yard shot so that why I used the nosler. I use balistic tips on anything over 200 yards. The way my gun is sighted is that with the nosler tips, it's dead on at 100 yards and with the balistic tips it's dead on at 200. So I carry both and try to load depending on the distance. That is if I have the time. This time I did.

Paulc. Yea. We've been hunting this ranch for the last 5 years and is the first year we have seen goats this big in that area. I think it was because of all the rain they have been having. Everything was much greener than we have ever seen it.

3D4ME. I don't think I have the patience to stick hunt these buggers. Besides the season is only 3 days long. I wouldn't mind givin it a try with a smoke stick though. Maybe I will in a few years.
