A thought came to mind, after this porker is named, how is somebody going to feel after they shoot
"Deedy's Pig". This pig will have become the unofficial pet and mascot of the JHO hog fraternity.[/b]

We'd have to have a funeral at this point... I think the pig has outsmarted a few guys here- including me, several times. It sure wouldn't effect our success rate to keep it around & it's children are sure fun to look at and shoot. Breeding Stock?

Before deciding on a name, we need to know a bit more info. So here are some questions/comments followed by some suggested names.

Based on the photo, it looks like a famous artist painted this pig. As such, I suggest you name it SalvaBoar Dali.

Does this beast seem extremely intelligent, often outsmarting its pursuers? If so, I think you should name it Albert Swinestein.

Conversely, does this pig appear a bit dim-witted and is simply lucky to be alive (the hunters can't shoot straight)? In this case a reference to a children's book may be in order - HamIam.

Is this hog really as big as a dinosaur. If so, name it Pigasaurus.

Has this creature "conquered" many hunters? If so, perhaps its name should be Caesar Hawgustus.

After pursuing this animal all day, are hunters depressed, which makes them drink whiskey and listen to Hank Williams Jr.? Is so, then consider Boarcephus for a name.

Finally, does this pig really have a death wish? Dr. KerPorkian I presume.

If this pig is as elusive as you say it is, I think we should just call it Bigfoot. Sure would confuse the heck out of people when you tell them you are out here hunting him.

Don't forget, there's Miss Piggy(which could be either gender, considering this pigs luck), Commander Hogthrob, or Dr. Strangepork from the 1970's- 80's Muppets show, "Pigs in Space".

Personally, I have leanings toward Miss Piggy, but there are many great choices here.
