NM antelope tags?

Whats the chance of getting a tag for antelope around NM area this season?Have a bull and deer tag,might as well get an antelope and maybe bear..But still looking for season in my area I bought ranch,can't find it listed.Unit 9? next to 10.Anyone from NM outthere? I'll give outfitter buddy a call.I know its late but what the heck,might as well try.

Hank – Getting a NM Antelope tag (in a great area) is about as easy as drawing a Gila Bull tag. There are a couple of Guided/Landowner tags, but those go for $2000-$3000.

Hank - We saw this guy and his buddies when we were coming and going into our area last year. I think it would have been NM unit 13?





It sure would have been nice to take him home.

Go gettum Hank keep us updated. I wanna put in next year for elk and diy antelope. I harvested a 68" p&y buck in Gillette,Wy in 2007 I'd like to top it. If you need a hunting partner give me a shout.

You got it Huntr Pat, I saw lots of bc size bucks in 13 15 12 10 17......might see if I can trade one of the elk tags for one.Haven't hunted antelope since I was in AZ in early 70's,and never did connect. They are all around my new place.....
