Started my season on Saturday morning at 4am. Glassed for lopes for 6 hrs before we finally found some. Brother inlaw was my chief guide assisted by be 9yr old nephew(when he was awake). Bro glassed up a herd and spotted a "shooter". I put a long stalk on and just as I was getting within range the wind changed and I was busted. A couple more of these anf finally I got a 350 plus yard shot. Hit too far back and the fun began. Up over the top of the ridge and there he stood at 25 yards. Finished the job right there. Not bad for having shoulder surgery 6 weeks ago. I almost had a heart attack when I walked up to him-no ground shrinkage on this pig!!!!!! Dressed him out and headed to town. Green scored him at 90 and change. 8 1/4" cutters and 7 1/8 basses, 16" tall. What a great time. Took him to David Hong in Spring Creek to be mounted.Cross my fingers he doesn't shrink much in 60 days
