High price on government: According to insiders in Sacramento, the ocean- only fishing license will be eliminated next year, forcing saltwater-only anglers to buy the general license, expected to be about $32 with no stamps. A new Bay-Delta stamp will cost $4, and get this: a one-day license will cost $10.
