The Sacramento Municipal Utility District hosts its semiannual trout derby. Anglers can cast a line from the shore, fishing pier or boat with electric trolling motors only. Anglers 16 or older must have a valid California fishing license. Winning anglers will be awarded prizes of up to $100 for adults and $50 for children younger than age 16. <blockquote>
