Over the counter tags

I am a rookie Antelope hunter. I drew a Nevada tag this year. I'm hooked!!! The meat is awesome.
Are there any states or zones which offer over the counter tags?
Or which have very high successful draw rates?
Not looking for your honeyholes? just curious!

Gillette Wyoming has alot of tags unit 23. I drew a tag last year and harvested a nice P&Y buck scoring 69 !/2 I also drew a doe tag. Although you can buy doe tags over the counter but not buck. search the web site from the differrent states Fish & game offices. People say they don't have the time to do it. But if you have the time to log on to Jesse page seems funny. good luck.
