I have never hunted pronghorn before but was really looking into this year in Montana, 900 zone is 100% success because its bow only so i was thinking about applying there. Having only bowhunted whitetail what would i need to know for speed goats? From what i have been told is they have eyes like no other and its very hard to get close, what do most people do? Whats your bow setup? Thanks guys any help is great

You need a decoy. Antelope or cow (cattle) Use it like a shield and you can walk right up to them. I did this archery with the antelope decoy in NV and got within 50 yards in the open. Also did last fall in WY rifle hunt and used a cow, again walked right up to them and they didn't give me a 2nd look.

Do you use 3-d or just a silhouette? What is the typical range your shooting at?

I shot my goat with a bow within 50 yards using the Montana Decoy. It's a silhouette cloth material that folds up like some windshield sunscreens do. Unfold it and it springs open.

Glass eye, do you have a picture of the cow decoy? I'm taking 3 nephews on a 2nd season hunt and was thinking that might give us a better chance at spooky goats. I was looking at the Webfoot cow Cabela's has.
