This is just my personal opinion.....but if the area DOES NOT allow hunting and a person is killing animals(hogs, rabbits, or what ever is in season) then it could be viewed by law enforcement as "cruelty to animals" and in a lot of jurisdictions, "cruelty to animals" is a felony. Any person hunting in populated/semi-populated areas that disallow hunting should consider this angle that the antis(many district attorney staffs are antis) can use to elevate the situation to a felony. Hope none of us get to be the test case.
