Redwood National Park re-opens backcountry campsites

Photo courtesy Jeff Denny, Redwood National Park. Backcountry camping has been re-opened this week along four miles of lower Redwood Creek in Redwood National & State Parks in the Redwood Empire. Do-it-yourself style dispersed backcountry camping is again permitted on the gravel bars along Redwood Creek between MacArthur Creek and the Tall Trees Grove.
