Tonight was a great evening at the Sacramento Wild Game Feed. We had a sold out crowd of 310 people in attendance, which enjoyed a great menu of exotic game again this in part the excellent catering by Greg Cornell of Silver Sage Catering.

Attendee's of the dinner had plenty of options to choose from this year. Between the two whole slow smoked pigs from Manny Sol of the Orangevale Meat Shoppe, to the Yak stew courtesy of Phil Harrison, to the Kangaroo Tail from the folks down under, smoked duck pasta, wild boar chile Verde, Alaskan King crab legs, Oysters on the half shell, and most of all.... The wild game pizzas!

In addition to all the adults in attendance, we had 17 future youth hunters at the dinner. Each youth that attended the dinner received a youth awareness package. The packages contained such items as a 5 in 1 survival whistle, which contained the whistle itself, compass, mirror, flint stick and compass. To emergency blankets, hand warmers, gloves, socks, ready to eat dried foods, water bottles and light sticks. DONORS</span>
