SoCal Butcher/Processors?

I'm hoping on taking an elk this fall and would like to bring my quarters back to SoCal for processing. I'll be able to chill everything down real good, so I just need to take it somewhere upon arriving in SoCal. Anywhere in W. SB/O.C./LA counties (well, maybe not way north LA) would be fine.
