ODP I will be taking volunteers.  I am thinking about stopping by Prado tomorrow to drop off the new flyers and go on a walk through to see how many people I will need.

Someone does need to step up and take control of the Skeet section.

I just had a miner surgery, buy I would like to hook up with you. This way, two heads will work better thin one and I can show you were I was thinking of setting up the venders. and I would like to work out a time line.

Tent trailers and cab over campers (pop-up).

I’ll be there Saturday night to help out with setting up. Sunday I'll have my kids with me so I'm not sure how much help I can offer other than taking pics.
Let me know what to bring Saturday. I have a generator, a smoker grill and lots of power tools.

I talked to Steve Stevens today and he has committed to being there and putting on a show/seminar it should be good and not mist if you are dog owner.

We need more helpers to make this first year show great. It will take a lot more helpers then MapMan, QALHNTR, Pitdog, bulldog, karstic, foulshot, spectr17, marty, sccrbllr, d trees, Troy Taylor, mouthcallinMatt, Skunk, Calfowler, Feathershot to pull this off.
Feathershot it does not look like we are going to be doing the dog launch.
First I do not think it will be safe for the dogs and I really think we need the dog launch pool like the one they use in the shows. I would not let my dog jump off a flat bed into a pond that is ???? deep, But if some one can get the dog launch pool. I am all for it, Pepper took 4 place the last time she jumped in one. So Feathershot I am sure we will need help with the shooting or the kids or just directing people were to go.

So far we have a good start for this years show. We have waterfowl vendors, food vendors, dog trainer show/demo, shooting compaction, Duck and Goose calling show/demo, bird hunting swat meet, and a great time to pull the waterfowler community closer together here in our own back yard.

I can't wait to meet some of you for the first time and some of you well, it will be just one of many times. But let’s just make this a fun day. Bring your campers/tents/trailers/RV, bring your wife’s and kids lets have some fun shooting meeting new people, let the kids meet some new friends and lets wifes keep us honest.
How knows laidys you might even bet you hubby at skeet and never let him live it down.

Let’s remember that Chad has opened his place of business to us for free, so bring your shotguns and lets all get a less one round in. Thank you Chad we really appreciate your generosity.

I know some of you would like to help out but just don't know were you can help. Well any help that you can do would be great. I would like to see as many of the volunteers and vendors there the night before so we can get everything organized and I think it’s a good reason to have a BBQ. Site around and tell stories


I would also like to say a lot of companies are already on board for next year and this year show, is just a warm up. So as long as we all just have a good time it will be a success.

And it is never to late to make a call we need more stuff for the raffle or get a commitment for next year

I talked with Jim Matthews earlier today and he said he was going to try and get some of the gun company reps to show up with different guns, ammo and chokes to play with. They're doing a show at High Desert Hunt Club that Saturday so they may show up for our evet Sunday. It's be a good time to try that shotgun and load you've been wanting to without plunking down big beans.

Someone bail us out on the dog launch contest. Somebody has to have a big pool we can set up? Anyone know of one we can ah, ah, borrow. On the sly.
