Son's 1st biggame

We all know about the red-eye flights, well, this was a red-eye drive to Wyoming.
Driving through Utah I rubbed my eyes and broke a blood vessel.
My son admits that it was too easy. Maybe next month when he goes for a coues buck it'll be more of a challenge.
My son shot his buck at first light and while I was skinning his buck another buck walked by us and I shot him. We went into town to ice down the meat, ate a burger and went back out for the does, then pointed the truck towards home.

Nice! Gotta love WY antelope. Nice bucks. I leave next Friday. I'm gonna try with the bow while the old man totes the rifle. This will be his first big game too, hopefully.

I have a cow decoy (moo-moo cow) that I'll lend you. Me and my son used it and we walked right up to the goats across open terrain. I plan on trying it out on coues deer next month, I think it'll work for them too.

Breck where did you get that cow decoy? I might want to pick one up.

I googled it and found it on Cabela's last year. However, they don't show them on their website or their catalogs. Strange !

Is it collapsibile? I'm not a nut like you and will be flying there. Dude, that is a brutal turnaround drive!

It's cardboard with a photo of a black and white cow. It folds into 3 sections but still is kinda big and has a pole/handle that doesn't collapse.

Wow. Those are nice goats Breck. But the blood vessel is a serious monster. Great to see father and son out there enjoying their time.
