A fisherman from Van Nuys in Southern California, Viet Huynh, has claimed ownership of the controversial videos posted on YouTube.com that showed a threatened and protected green sturgeon being brought aboard by snares and kept aboard for at least five minutes. A series of three videos showed the encounter non-stop for about 15 minutes, but the fish was never shown being released. The videos were taken down from YouTube.com after the story appeared and Huynh wrote a letter to Stafford Lehr, chief of the Fisheries Branch of the Department of Fish and Game, where Huynh claimed that the fish was released and those aboard broke no laws.###Huynh provided a copy [...]

I still need a translation of the video. If the discussion was "Man oh man, this is gonna feed us for a month!" and the like, then I would be viewing the guy's official response with skepticism. But I have no idea what those guys in the boat were saying.
