Time to sign in

I have my packet and should be sending it out with some money in about a week or two. Had some other bills that needed more immediate attention this month.

I've never been to Tejon so I am pretty stoked about it!

We are really looking forward to this one, should be a lot of fun. From the characters on this forum there shouldn't be any shortage of entertainment around the campfires either.

I don't see the reason for the long drive unless you've gained some patients in your old age. You'll probably just go off and shoot the first pig you see on Friday evening like you did last year and it will be all over.

Although it might be alittle harder for you to truck those pig chasing cattle you had trained last year all the way down for this one. Maybe this year you will have those cows trained to just chase the pigs right into the back of the truck so we won't have to move the truck the whole 20 feet and lift your pig in. Teach me to show you my hotspots.

43 spots open. 54 packet requests. I MUST provide all paperwork to Tejon on May 3.

I sent my check last Monday or Tuesday.

Rancho... you're good. I have 8 paid apps right now. Superduty's check is probably "in the mail", and as it turns out, Bucky-the-crackhead is hunting the following weekend with OneTrack and co.

Personally, I think they're all smoking crack for deciding not to join us on the JHO hunt... but whatcha gonna do? Heck, there'll be another Mother's Day next year!

I'll really miss being there this year!!!

However, after being married for 11 years, I've learned how to secure and protect my 40+ days in the field. I don't want to screw that up! And, I have two awesome little daughters, a great wife, and a great mom. So, it's not that big of a sacrafice. BUT, next year, I HOPE the Ham Slam falls on a different weekend. December is awesome! Hmmm. How about Dec '06?
