Wife drew a NV Antelope tag

I am on a business trip in CA and pulled up the email showing my standard unsuccessful, but, my wife drew out.

I dont have my application material with me so i dont know where.

I do know that i only applied for the very best units since NV is so far from NM.

Does this tell anyone where we drew??

Congrats on the tag that is units 012-014 in the northwestern coner of Nevada. I drew a tag close to that area last year and had a great hunt. That area is up aginst CA in 013 and should be a good hunt. The season is Aug 22-Sep5 They let out 27 NR tags and 216 Resident tags for the areas.

I would recomend showing up a day or two in advance of the hunt to find some areas where the antelopes are hanging out. Call the Nevada fish and game and find out which areas usualy hold antelope.

Tom your right it is the 012 hunt.

She has to beat my best an 82 4/8. That is the goal, but, she will take which ever one she likes.

So far my wife has drawn 2 premium tags and i have zero. Not fair at all!!!

Hi Paul,

Congrats on the Antelope tag. I have Delorme 3D TopoQuads for Nevada and you are welcome to borrow them...I think I have the names of the biologist in that area too....Way to go!
