How does a hunt like this usually work with 10 guys? I can't imagine we would all be stalking together, would we break up in teams and drive them or would George be showing multiple areas with signs for multiple groups to break off?

Pair up, load onto a couple of side by sides and a toyota 4x4. Then George takes you out to a drop off point, tells you where to go and then picks you up later. Over 20,000 acres......there is plenty of land for ten guys.

I usually take 3 guys with me, that leaves 6 for George and his crew to to take out. Like Fugaloo said, usually pair up and with that much land there's plenty of room.

You hunting with bow or rifle? I was considering a guided hunt in king city but this is looking good. Lemme double check the dates and I very well, may be in for this.

You can hunt with whatever you want. Most of us are hunting with rifle. Let me know if the dates work for you. Just keep in mind, this is a spot and stalk semi guided hunt. We have been running about 60%-70% opportunity, I think one year we were close to 100% opportunity with some guys having more then one or two encounters, so it's not a slam dunk for sure thing.

Ok, just spoke to George. If we don't get at least 7 people confirmed with deposits within the next few days, he wants to know if everyone is ok paying an additional $50 to make up the difference. He has turned away 2 groups already holding this date for us. I need to know by Friday if your ok with it, so post here. If I don't hear by then we have to pull the plug on this hunt.
