sorry guys i pm mel after 21 yrs as a jeep tech the dealership I worked for close and I AM looking for work so I have to back out on this hunt but hope to get a new deal going so I can join mel and some of the other good guys on jho again sorry but the times have hit me in the heart and my 400 bucks is needed to keep the roof over my familys head good luck to all and hope to see everybody on this hunt get some pics and storys

No pig for me today guys.
I did see some nice bucks and the largest wild hog I have ever seen. Seriously the thing looked like a brahma bull. When it came over the ridge it scared the crap out of about a dozen does. Bad part is, it was about a half mile away from me. Hopefully it will still be there in April.

I started a post and typed way too much and then it got eaten by the gremlin in my computer.
Or maybe it's the fact that I haven't slept in 37 hours.
It is misery to work graveyard shift and try to swap back to real life on your weekend.

oneshothunter and Cal hunter, don't sweat it, I know how things come up. There will be other hunts, I'm already talking to George about future hunts like this as well.

Near Crystal Peaks I believe. I have pictures and a Google Earth pic. I did tell him I was coming up with the group in April He looked at me funny then pulled out his planner and refreshed his memory.
Don't quote me but I believe he said Ken was coming out that weekend.

In the evening George said there was another group hunting Spot and stalk that day on quads but I never heard or saw them. He said they just seemed to be there ro ride around on their bikes. I guess that would work if you were rifle hunting, get 'em to run and whack 'em.

I was pretty tired (judgement a bit cloudy) and was in the trees so was probably making too much noise. The others probably just waited for me to chase the pigs to them. That may be a good strategy for our hunt.

I will get 'em. I got two in march last year. It is only a matter of time.

The way I did it was trying to PM Jesse, at that point you will need to log in, but theres a place that say "recover password" it's the only place I seen where you can recover your password. It will then send you a temp. password then you just go from there.

muddy_udders, the other guys were not there when you were, they got the a day or so later.
