Looks like I need to watch the weather & make a guess on which truck.
If the roads are bad the two wheel drive & toy box & quad are out.
I'd be tenting and driving my S-10 4X4 & the quad won't fit under the shell.

If I pull the toy box it has 3 beds & I only need 1.
It's fully self-contained & comfortable, so got my fingers crossed.

I'M DK, the roads going into the property all the way to where you turn off to the camp is paved. So taking a toy hauler shouldn't be too much trouble. If it does rain during the hunt, you can always hitch a ride.

If there won't be a problem getting the toy box in, I'm good.
If it rains, I can trade a dry bed for a ride to the hunting grounds.

Chad knows Jayson? Shoot maybe I should follow him too ;)

No, don't follow me, just stand at the opposite side of the clearing and let me break brush, I'll push 'em right to ya. I did that twice for Jason, he got two pigs at less than 20 yards each time. :lol bashing sign:

559hog,

what kind of bow do you have? I may have a quiver you can barrow.

I will bring it anyway, I had to use a lefty top with a righty bottom, really weird. Maybe we can get it to work.

pending when you leave, Archery Only in Newark off 880 has them in stock for Hoyts.

or I live 25mins form Bass Pro shops in Manteca I can pick one up for you. I am off tomorrow and need a good reason to go spend more money there. let me know. I am sure they have a universal or quick connect that bolts to your site.

Nah it's cool. I can get one from Impact Archery right by my house. Just really haven't had the time to go there.

you need a quiver. if we hunt togther i can carry two arrows for you in mine, but i can imagine the "asian fire drill" if we surprise a pig or two.

i will pack thurday. i will do my grocery shopping tonight, for my simple fare. i imagine 90% of my food will involve a tortilla. i am bringing a pan, and will throw myself at the mercy of those with a camp stove.

i am packing johnny walker black, scotch, and maybe a bottle or two of wine for the pinkie out crowd. i am laying off the booze for the time being, but would love to see you guys have fun. if i have time, i will buy a few cigars.

two days...then game on! oh, visit the ATM for $210.

I'm a straight up Corona guy, I stay aware from the hard stuff. I don't want to spend my hunt with a hangover

Tricky, but I know your game plan. Get us all drunk so were too hung over to get up at first light, then you'll be the only one out with all those dang pigs. :lol bashing sign:

Nice, Scotch!

This may sound weird, but Crown Royal and Moster is damn good. You can have 3/4 crown with a splash of Monster and you can't taste it. Evil combination.

559,
I have an extra quiver I will bring. It screws on with two allen heads I think it is a pretty universal mount.

Tossing it in the box now.
