A .357 will kill hogs... it's just not the gun of choice by most veteran hog hunters.

yes it was big horn canyon ranch.
for an expierenced hunter this ranch is an absolute joke but I would'nt mind going back and taking my nephew bow hunting in a few years. this place would be a blast for 10 year old kid.
I had know problem sneaking up within 35 yards of the pigs but the boars really kept there distance and would actually have been a bit of a challange with open sights on a revolver.
also gettin back to the 357 for pigs thing I must say I was very impressed with the buffalo bore amunition I used. that pig never knew what hit her and was completly flat backed from a high shoulder shot that came in one side and right out the other severing her spine in the process
