Mark your calendars for the 7th Annual Arizona Elk Society Banquet.

The Arizona Elk Society was granted the Commissioners Auction Elk Tag for 2008. As you probably know, Arizona has a reputation for producing monster trophy bulls. It is not unusual to see several 400+ B&C bulls taken in Arizona every year. The current Boone & Crockett typical bull was harvested in Arizona!
The season dates for the elk hunt will be 365 days starting August 1st! This is the opportunity of a lifetime to hunt the largest free-ranging bull elk in the world! No other State consistently produces huge bulls the way Arizona does and this tag gives the winning bidder the maximum opportunity to harvest one of these massive trophies. The hunter will have access to 32 of Arizona's prime elk units.
Also this year, 2008, the AES will have the privilege to Auction the Commissioners Auction Antelope Tag courtesy of the Arizona Antelope Foundation.
