Done deal. I just bought an SKB hard case. It's a go. I'm bringing the bow and some sharp sticks.

Bearclaw:

That's a great photo in your avatar. Did you hire a professional photographer?

I sure did.

It was expensive, had to listen to him sing Cowboy Troy all weekend, man that was painful.

Take your bow and use it the entire trip. It will be funny to watch you belly crawl and have them trot off on you. I can them mop them up with the .25-06 at 300 yards and you can keep right on crawling until you get to him and drag him back for me. Deal?

You are a huge moron. With the way you shoot, they are safe at 300, hell, even 200. I think I might have a better chance with a bow than your sorry butt has with a rifle.

Bout time you finally showed up here.

Ha ha. We'll see about that monkey boy. With those little feather weight arrows you shoot, you'll have to lead an animal standing still in that wind

With the forecasted wind, we might all be in deep poo. My ballistics chart shows a bullet drift of 3.2 inches at 200 yards and 7.4 inches at 300 yards with a 10 mph cross wind. If we see 10 mph winds, I will be doing backflips. More like 20-30 mph. This might be like lobbing in mortar rounds. Aim at the base of the neck or front of the ass (depending on direction) and let the wind blow the bullet home (-;
