Yeah Paul, I'm pretty happy about our disabled hunters, youth and ACCESS programs up here. My dad's a disabled hunter and although info isn't as openly public as it probably should be, I've found a lot of help once I started digging a bit.
The Access program is a cooperation between land owners and WDFW where land owners allow access onto their property and get kickbacks from the state.

Yeah, I'm diggin those 100 grn Slick Tricks too. I smacked the cooties out of another big old coon last week. Big hole. I can't wait to try the new 'sharper' blades. I wish I had more WA deer tags! I'll be in MT hunting WT and meet-n-greet land owners in a coupe weeks. Maybe I'll get lucky again.
