I have 1000 acres a zone land that I hunt and I sub lease access. Private land, about 10 guys hunt it, but most of us are lucky to get out 10 days a year total. We like to have our own land, with just a handful of responsible and like minded individuals.
Land is located in San Luis Obispo Ca., about 20 minutes off hwy 101. Lease runs August to August. Only members can hunt, but camping and shooting is open to family and friends. I have a couple spots open, need filled by end of June. $1800/year.
