Land lease.

So a buddy of mine and his father in law and I are thinking of going in on a lease, we bow hunt 95% of the time. I don't know much about the process or how to go about it but we would be looking for more people. This is just purely a feeler to see how many people would be interested. When things get more serious before we make a decision I would like to personally like to meet each person to make sure you will fit in with us. Thank you!

It would be somewhere that's no further then 2-3 hours from Camarillo-Simi Valley area because that's where we are located, and as far as price I don't know yet, I need to gather more information on what's available.

No offense intended, but I think you need to have a place/location, acreage, pictures, information about access, how many wii be hunting the land and for what... Before anyone could even begin to get an idea if they would be interested.
