So have you figure out any new and tasty ways to prepare them…other than teriyaki grilling? Do you smoke a lot of them and store?

My wife handles the cooking. I do make a lot of jerky that is amazing have a double batch going now. I also give a lot to friends and family. I think fresh cooked on stovetop with lemon pepper is my favorite

I was experimenting with hot smoking last season, and also making salmon candy. Both were a nice change of pace.

Still trying to figure out how to do collars right.

Brine and smoke collars. I usually have on treager 2-2&1/2 hours turns out great. We take them salmon fishing and eat salmon while catching salmon. I love this time of the year
