Monster WY Goat

Got these pics in an email the other day. Says it was taken in WY. Measurements go like this...length 14 1/4, nearly 8" bases, 9 1/4 2nd, 6 1/2 prong, 6 1/4 3rd and 3+ 4th. Gross score 94.
I haven't seen or heard anything about this goat other than this email. Anybody know anything? Eli?
