Where's the best hunting for a chance at trophy goat in colorado with lots of points saved up?

The Northwest has the better bucks, but require a ton of points. I have 10 points and still cant draw the units I want. I'm after a GMU 10 Tag or one of the Ranching for Wildlife properties

So for now I just trade labor for Landowner Tags out east of town
