oh ya, he had a full set, look at the first pic at the top. just under his tail, you can just see the bulging
of his coconuts, he was loaded and ready to go!!** note to self, always pump nads before starting your
disection, you may get a little more" flavor" on those hams than you would want**
jim, this time that hog just got the good old faithful .270win
with 130gr sierra boatail."lead". and i did feed the condor, but not to worry for the chicken lovers
it was a pass thru, so that one bird will have to go out of his way and digg around abit to find the deadly projectile
**sorry for the rant on the condor, but im still ticked about that one,as i will be "forced' to buy the copper,
and i have alot of lead left and my particular rifle hates copper !oh well, i will take it like a man, but will
still bitch
**speck,no scale bro,im guessing 300 plus, maybe 350, im 225 on a good day, he dwarfed me!!!
you gonna blog me or what?
Hatchet, I'll definitely have to blog this one... that's one of the best free-roaming hogs I've seen in a while, and your story is a classic!
Probably won't be able to get it online until Monday, though... just finished a big piece on my unleaded ammo evaluation, and headed out to Sacatomatoes for a dinner party tonight.
you got it my man,let me know if you need anything else, i sent a copy to jim& durwood,
i think they will put it in the california hog hunter,it should make great bathroom material
strong work on your piece on the lead ban on your blog, thanks for keeping us all in the loop
***tra, dont let size fool you, when those dudes want to move ,they move!!
when they get that big, they just dont move for much as i think they
pretty much assume there gonna be the ones doing the arse kickin!!
and take the attitude of, "BRING IT SUCKER"...
** gsparcher47, to be honest, i dont keep a tally, its all in good fun and sport,
and the bbq.., thanks again guys!

Hatchet I am impressed! Most folks would have given us the 500+ answer! I've had the chance to see and weigh a lot of hogs, and I think 300 is conservative, and 350 might even be a little conservative. No matter what that is an awesome boar. Did the meat stink? I have had old boars go both ways, either they were tough but edible or you could not feed them to your worst enemy!
shovel, just keepin it real bro,and thanks, i too have had the good fortune of weighing some
absolute monsters, most people get carried away with hog size ,as for meat, some bad stank on this boy!!
will see what the boys think after he is sausaged
