Well it looks like we'll have at least our 8 hunters. Still waiting on a call back from Barbara.

I think Hronk may be pulling out of this one for other reasons, but hope to hear from him soon to confirm. I may also have one more with me, if I can convince her.

just want to make sure you got the stuff I mailed you.

As far as Hronk goes he will not be there. I think maybe next week he will post up his story to keep things from getting changed around. I have talked with him a couple times and went and saw him. He is doing pretty well.

He is really not happy about missing the hunt though. Plus now if I dont miss, I wont have him there to carry my pig out.

Hey Phillip, with the small number of poeple attending this year, lets hope everyone gets a pig by Saturday or early Sunday morning and you can get out of there at a decent time for once!

I'm thinking we hit the Flying J at around 0830 on Friday morning for whoever wants breakfast in the morning.

We'll caravan over to Tejon from there for check-in at 1100.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT PARK AT THE TEJON RANCH OFFICE. CHECK IN WILL BE AT BARBARA'S HOME OFFICE.

Also remember, no lead ammo!

Other than that, it's almost time to put the smack-down on some hogs!

Hope you guys have (had) a heck of a time. thanks for sending me the paperwork - sorry I didnt sign up but I had a good reason. The owner of the company that I work for invited me and 4 other guys for a weekday hunt (overnight!) with all the trimmings. So it was hard to get permission from the mrs. for another one. So I count myself extremely lucky to work for such a great company - but I would have enjoyed hooking up wiht you all. I'll try to make the next one.

Good luck fellas, Sorry I couldn't make this one. My dad is in the Hospital, had to have surgery for an abdominal aortic anurism. I dont think I spelled that right... Anyway i think he is gonna be ok..
Guess I will wait until May... Any room for the Feb archery hunt? LOL

Russ, sorry you won't make it. Give your dad my best! Those abdominal aneurisms can be scary stuff. My father-in-law went through that this summer. It's all good now, though.

Barbara's office is right up in the residential area past the Tejon Office. Might be tricky with that 36' pull-behind. We might make have to make some arrangements to park you at the gate and ride over with someone else.

I did talk to Bob, and he sounds pretty good. Kinda bummed he won't be with us, of course, but he's hopeful he can make the next hunt.
