After my archary mule deer hunt in A20, I will be in the Casper area hunting pronghorn. I cant wait, really excited. I have drawn the unit before and will have plenty of time to try and kill a nice buck. I will be camping just seeing if anyone wants to stop by for a cold beer and a laugh. Season starts sept.15.

Good luck to all hunting speed goats this year in the cowboy state.

Myself and a couple of buddies drew 73-1 and hope to arrive on the 14th and hunt until we fill our tags or the season ends. After, we head to Nevada to scout unit #115 for a November deer hunt. Do you have any advice for us regarding area 73?
By the way, your offer of a cold beer sounds great, hopefully we cross paths.

yeah its a big unit, I killed a respectable buck in 04/05 and hope to better it this year. We can talk further as the time gets closer and exchange #s or something. I will be there on the 12 or 13 of Sept. My brother has a post you can look at if you search this threads history his name is sdhunter. You can get an idea of good buck's for that unit.

My name is Taylor
Best of luck with your scouting efforts

You probably aren't going to get a response from him since he's out hunting and will be for several weeks. I don't mean to sound condescending, but get a map, find BLM land and go kill an antelope. There honestly is not much more to it than that. All of it is good and I haven't seen better concentrations or better quality in any particular area. You can't swing a stick within 100 miles of Casper and not hit an antelope.
