Wyoming Draw - Who got what?

I flopped on Region D for deer, but got Area 52 for antelope.  I hunted area 57 in 99, but decided to try a new area closer to where I deer hunt so I put in for area 52.  The only problem is, I don't know the area for antelope.  Does anybody have any experience with this area for antelope?

I'm headed to Wyoming with ya.  I got drawn for antelope as well.  I don't know where we are headed yet, I'm leaving the guiding up to a family friend that hunts there every year.  I've heard it's like shooting jack rabbits...they are everywhere!

They're more like locust around there.  When we hunted there in 99 I could have shot an antelope within 5 minutes of hunting and could have taken 12-13" bucks anytime while sitting in camp.  You'll enjoy it, good luck!

stupid question regarding wyoming.. i understood that the draw for deer and antelope is not until july 5th.. are the results already out.. is there a website i can get them off of.. out of the 25+ apps in just about every state i have got nothing but my 2 2nd choice tags b and d12 and a bear tag

Go to http://gf.state.wy.us and click on hunting until you find Drawing Results and then click on that and enter the required information.  Unlike CA, WY has it's act together and usually completes the draw a week before the published date and posts the info on the web BEFORE you receive it in the mail.

thanks for the info, i just checked.. even with better than 50% odds and paying for the special tag i did not draw the antelope tag i applied for.. now just waiting on az and i will have been pitched a perfect shut out..

As far as WY providing quicker than expected results, it is not hard to exceed expectations when the expectations are low. They have had our money since March 15, over three months before getting results. This is the slowest draw turn around. CA has one of the quickest draw turn around's at about three weeks.
