Just an FYI, you cannot use a crossbow during archery season in California, unless you have a disabled Archers Permit, in that case Goodluck on your season!

I'll be a first time crossbow hunter this year. After missing several years due to my bad shoulder I've got the DA permit and heading to b zone this weekend. Good luck to you guys heading out!
